Our Nutritional Therapist supports adults with a wide range of health, wellbeing, and lifestyle goals, using a personalised, evidence-informed approach to nutrition.

We work with adults experiencing both general and more complex health concerns, including digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal health, skin conditions, stress, weight management, sleep difficulties, and long-term health optimisation.

We also offer specialist fertility, pre-natal, and post-natal nutrition support for adults who are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or adjusting to life after birth.

All consultations are delivered by our Nutritionist, Magdalena, who holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Level 6, degree-level equivalent) in the Application of Nutritional Therapy in Clinical Practice.

What can nutritional therapy support with?

Nutrition can influence many areas of adult health, including energy levels, digestion, hormones, mood, sleep, immune function, and overall wellbeing. Our sessions can support with a wide range of concerns, including:

Comprehensive nutritional consultation: (70-minute session) £195

Our nutrition service is delivered through a comprehensive consultation model, designed to provide a thorough, personalised, and clinically informed understanding of your health and goals from the outset.

This consultation focuses on your main health goals and how we can work towards them together. It includes a detailed review of your current health and lifestyle, which may cover areas such as digestive health, energy levels, weight and body composition goals, mental wellbeing, sleep patterns, hormonal health, eating habits, and lifestyle factors including stress, work demands, routines, and movement.

The consultation is suitable for both straightforward and more complex or long-standing concerns and looks closely at how different body systems interact.

You will receive a detailed written summary and personalised plan, which may include tailored nutrition guidance, lifestyle recommendations, supplement advice where appropriate, and practical strategies to support change. Where clinically indicated, recommendations for further functional testing may also be included. Any testing is arranged externally, and our Nutritionist can support you in understanding the results and adjusting your plan accordingly.

Follow-up appointments (45-minutes) £80

Follow-up sessions allow us to review progress, monitor changes in symptoms, refine your plan, and provide ongoing guidance and support. They may also include discussion of any test results if these have been undertaken.

Some people find one follow-up is enough, while others benefit from several sessions, particularly when working with more complex or longer-term goals.

Fertility, pre-natal and post-natal nutrition support (70-minutes) £195

We offer specialist nutrition support for adults who are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or in the post-natal period. These consultations focus on supporting your health, wellbeing, energy levels, and recovery during these important life stages.

Support may include:

The focus is on you, your body, your health, and your long-term wellbeing.

For individuals who would like additional structure and support with their daily diet, we offer personalised meal plans tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and any dietary requirements or allergies.

These plans are designed to be realistic, flexible, and sustainable, and can be used alongside consultations or as a standalone support option.
