Support Helplines

At The Adults’ Wellness Centre, we provide therapeutic and wellbeing support for adults, but we are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, at risk of harming yourself or others, or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. For urgent medical or mental health advice, contact NHS 111, or reach out to Samaritans on 116 123 for free, confidential support available 24 hours a day.

We have included below a collection of UK-based helplines and support organisations for adults experiencing a range of emotional wellbeing, mental health, addiction, domestic abuse, bereavement, financial, housing, and crisis-related concerns.
